Dow Industries’ Technical Team is made up of the Account Executive (Outside Sales), the Account Manager (the inside Customer contact person), Technical Services, Quality, Production and Management personnel. The goal of the Team is to review the information collected at the customer and develop a recommendation utilizing the most cost effective printing option, keeping in mind aesthetics, functional and application requirements. We provide value by getting involved early in our clients' label projects.

Our Technical Team is very proactive in evaluating customer-supplied containers (bottles, tubes and jars,) and graphics files. They promptly make material, adhesive and printing suggestions that maximize quality, ease of label application and cost-effectiveness considerations.
